Cameroon remains embroiled in a complex humanitarian situation, including the Lake Chad Basin conflict in the Far North (FN) Region, ongoing conflict in the North-West and South-West Regions (NW/SW), the Central African Republic (CAR) refugee crisis in the East region, and natural disasters such as floods and disease outbreaks, especially cholera.
