The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Cameroon in support of the SWEDD Project Coordination Unit (UCP)-Cameroon launches a call for tenders for the acquisition, assembly and delivery of 30,000 kits schools.

This will be:

• Acquisition of 30,000 solar backpacks with various school supplies;
• Assembling school supplies into 30,000 solar backpacks;
• Cardboard packaging of school kits in batches of 300 kits, for a total of 100 batches (cartons)
• Delivery of school kits to the warehouse which will be identified in Yaoundé, Cameroon;
• Submission of a sample of the required school kit

Submission of proposals must be made only in a sealed envelope, the original of the offer as well as 4 paper copies including an electronic copy on a USB key (i.e. 1 USB key), at the UNFPA-Cameroon office, located at No. 91, Street 1956 PO Box  836 - Rond-Point Bastos, Yaounde Cameroon with the mention: Acquisition of SWEDD school kits.

The deadline for submitting proposals (paper offers) is April 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. (Yaounde time).
