When concluding the 8th Country Program Document (2022-2026) with the Government of Cameroon in March 2022, UNFPA committed to increasing by 10 percent, the proportion of births attended by skilled health personnel in key regions of intervention in the Far North, North, Adamawa and East. 

This annual report for 2023 provides a takeaway of the results achieved by UNFPA and its partners, specifically the Government, donors and implementing partners during the year 2023. Together, we kept transforming the lives of women and girls, particularly those from vulnerable social strata and communities.
