Mrs. Siti Batoul Oussein is a development cooperation specialist. She hqs hqd more than 35 years working in the areas of Education Planning, Reproductive Health, Gender Equality, Programme Management and Humanitarian Coordination. She has carried out managerial, strategic and operative activities in the Comoros and other African Countries, in Haiti as well as the English and Dutch Speaking Caribbean Countries.

Mrs Batoul Oussein works for UNFPA since 1992 and has successively held positions such as Assistant Representative, Programme Specialist, Deputy Representative and Deputy Regional Director. She also served as Senior Advisor to the Director of Programme at the Headquarters in New York.

Native of the Comoros, Mrs. Siti Batoul Oussein holds a B.A. in Mathematics, a Masters in Educational Administration and Planning and a Masters in Human Resources Planning and Employment.  She fluently speaks French, English and Comorian.
